Can I rent the space during non operating hours?

Yes! Have a weekday event? Rent out the Winehouse! We offer a weekday package for parties of 25 or more Contact our event coordinator for pricing and availability. 


Are tables and chairs provided?

We supply tables, chairs and linens for your event.  Our custom wooden tables are part of the charm to the room and we encourage our parties to leave them uncovered.  However, all food and gift tables are 8’ and will have black linens provided.  


Can I bring my own food?

Yes! We currently do not offer food options at the Winehouse. You are welcome to bring your own food and non alcoholic beverages.  Food trucks are welcome under special circumstances.  Please let our coordinator know if you are planning a food truck for your event.  


So I can bring my own food, great! Do you have a preferred caterers list?

We do! A preferred caterers list is available from casual bites to upscale fare.  Food trucks are subject to approval from our management.  



Is a bartender included in the rental price?

The staff at Cellar Beast will be equip your space with the beverages and glassware ordered for your event. Our in-house event coordinator will check in our you and your guests for the duration of the event and can assist in preparations and presentations.  If you prefer to have a dedicated bartender, one will be provided for an additional charge.  


My uncle only likes (fill in the blank) light beer, can I bring that for him?

Sorry Uncle Frank, according to state law no outside alcohol is allowed.  Our event coordinator will work with you to provide a suitable beverage for all persons attending.  


Do you offer guided tastings for events?

We sure do! Did you know we are all WSOP Sommeliers at Cellar Beast? Allow our staff to impress your guests walking them through a portion of our wine catalog.  This option is available for parties 40 or less and pricing is based on a sliding scale


What kind of decorations can I bring?

We love a theme, but we kindly ask that you refrain from using glitter, confetti or anything similar. We also ask that you do not adhere anything to walls or barrels in our barrel room.  Instead we allow the use of balloons, centerpieces and tablescapes, free standing banners/chalkboards and table runners.  If you have any questions regarding specific decor, please consult our event coordinator.  


Andreas is a little far away from my family and friends, is there local accommodations that you can recommend?

Of course! Our friends at The Lizard Creek Inn are 2 short miles away.  They offer cozy Bed and Breakfast accommodations at a special rate for Cellar Beast Guests when booking an event.  Our event coordinator will help facilitate the process.
