Cellar Beast was founded with a simple belief: exceptional wine should be both remarkable and approachable.
From the beginning, our goal has been to create wines that highlight the character of great vineyards while welcoming guests into a space where wine can be enjoyed, explored, and understood.
Today, Cellar Beast produces a range of small-batch wines crafted in Pennsylvania using grapes sourced from premier vineyards across the West Coast.
Every bottle reflects the balance between outstanding fruit, thoughtful winemaking, and a deep respect for the craft.
Each vintage begins thousands of miles away in some of the most respected wine-growing regions on the West Coast.
We carefully select grapes from exceptional vineyards known for their distinctive character and quality. Once harvested, the fruit is transported to Pennsylvania where our team crafts each wine with meticulous attention to detail.
This approach allows us to combine world-class vineyard sourcing with hands-on winemaking, creating wines that are both expressive and unique.

At Cellar Beast, we believe that great wine begins with exceptional fruit and a thoughtful approach to craftsmanship.
Our winemaking philosophy focuses on allowing the vineyard to speak for itself. By working with premium grapes and carefully managing each stage of production, we aim to preserve the natural character and balance of every vintage.
Education is also central to what we do. Our team holds sommelier certifications and is passionate about helping guests discover and enjoy wine in an approachable way.
Wine should inspire curiosity, conversation, and connection.

The Cellar Beast team is made up of passionate individuals dedicated to both the craft of winemaking and the experience of sharing great wine with others.
Our team includes sommeliers, winemakers, and hospitality professionals who work together to create memorable wine experiences for every guest.
