This vineyard is dedicated 100% to Cellar Beast, allowing our winemaking team to craft a wine that fully expresses the unique terroir of Yakima Valley, celebrated for its warm days, cool nights, and volcanic soils that produce balanced, varietally expressive Sangiovese grapes.
