Product Description
Thirty minutes of skin contact followed by cool fermentation creates the lush texture of a Chinon style dry rosé, reminiscent of the old world French styled Rosé. Fresh aromas of lemon zest and blood orange followed by the vibrant flavors of stone fruit made this medium bodied wine the perfect addition to our Wine Club.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant stone fruit characters and flavors of strawberry with a silky, creamy, structured mouthfeel, and a slight finish of pecorino.

This wine is sourced from the Meek Vineyard in the heart of Yakima Valley, WA. We harvest this fruit with the specific intention of the production of this Rosé, which means we harvest the fruit earlier to keep the acidity higher to complete the freshness and vibrance of this wine. After harvest this wine is pressed immediately so as to ensure minimal pigmentation extraction thus leaving this wine lighter in color and overall expression during tasting & consumption.
