By day, Aaron builds the future of clean energy. By weekend, he’s swirling a glass of Cab Franc and shaping the strategic heartbeat of Cellar Beast Winehouse. A co-founder with a talent for balancing big ideas and bold pours, Aaron blends military precision, engineering logic, and business savvy into the soul of the brand.
A Bucknell trained leader, Aaron served as a U.S. Army Captain with the 10th Mountain Division, overseeing logistics and training Iraqi National Police outside Baghdad. After earning his MBA from Cornell, he transitioned to the corporate world, where he fine-tuned his skills in finance, asset management, and growth strategy—all of which he now pours into the Cellar Beast Winehouse vision.
Though new to the wine world, Aaron has completed his Level I Sommelier training at the Wine School of Philadelphia and continues to learn from the cellar crew, often with a glass in his hand. Whether he's helping guide long-term business planning, lending a hand at events, or simply enjoying a glass in the tasting room, Aaron’s influence is as steady as his palate is evolving.
He lives in Allentown, PA with his wife Kim (also a Cellar Beast co-founder), their three beautiful daughters, and Dottie their dog. He’s happiest outside—archery hunting, fishing, working on weekend projects—or inside with a bottle that tells a good story.
