West Coast fruit. Old World inspiration. Made in Pennsylvania.
The Fruit
Great wine starts with great fruit. We source from vineyards across Washington and Oregon, choosing growing partners, varieties, and sites we believe have something worth expressing.
The Winemaking
The fruit travels east. We take it from there. At our Andreas Winehouse, our team turns West Coast fruit into Cellar Beast wines with an approach rooted in Old World winemaking traditions, French-inspired techniques, small-lot production, and minimal intervention.
The Experience
Wine should be taken seriously. Drinking it doesn’t have to be. Our guided tastings are educational without the pretension, whether you know your favorite AVA by heart or you’re still figuring out what you like.
At Jim Thorpe, experience Cellar Beast right on Broadway with guided tastings, wines by the glass, bottles to take home, and our outdoor patio.
