Prepay at 15% off (plus tax and gratuity), 1-case minimum. Mix any wines to build the case, and keep any leftover wine after the event.

Need to know

  • Beer on draft from our local and Pennsylvania partners — requests 90 days out.
  • Alcohol service may be prepaid, run as an open tab the host can cap, or a cash bar.
  • A 2-server minimum applies at $25/hr per server.
  • Custom specialty cocktails welcome when chosen 60 days out and approved by Cellar Beast.
  • 6% sales tax and a 15% service charge apply to all events, with 18% gratuity on alcohol.
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract reserve your date.

Food & Vendors

We do not provide food, but we partner with specialty vendors — caterers, restaurants and food trucks — for any style and budget. Bring your own, or use our vetted list (Grandma’s home cooking always welcome). Ask us about scheduling an on-site food truck for your date.

We Kindly Ask

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit with a signed contract reserves your space.
  • Please refrain from confetti, glitter and the like.
  • Do not adhere anything to the walls or barrels.
  • Tablescapes, centerpieces and balloons are always welcome.
