Winemaker's Notes: Chardonnay was an early love for me and must for our Cellar Beast winemaking program. In my opinion this is one of the hardest wine to get perfect and every year is a pursuit of capturing the perfect balance to allow Chardonnay to showcase it full complexity without any one element overpowering the others. Our Chardonnay is balancing act of keeping the fruit characteristics alive while building a creamy full palate and just a kiss of new oak, again all these elements working in perfect harmony.

Stainless steel-aged for maximum freshness, this wine offers juicy berry notes, crisp acidity, and a clean finish. Perfect for seafood, salads, and summer sipping.
Crafted Using the Saignée Method: A traditional French winemaking technique that enhances concentration and flavor by "bleeding off" juice during red wine fermentation. This process gives the wine its vibrant color and bold character while preserving Yakima Valley’s terroir.
