Owner, Co-Founder
Kim McCullough
A wine and viticulture entrepreneur and Level Two Sommelier from the Wine School of Philadelphia. A former elementary teacher in Louisiana and New York, Kim manages the team, HR and commercial sales, works with West Coast growers on sourcing, and leads the winery’s wine education. She lives in Allentown with her husband Aaron and their three daughters.

Aaron McCullough
By day Aaron builds the future of clean energy. A Bucknell-trained leader who served as a U.S. Army Captain with the 10th Mountain Division and earned an MBA from Cornell, he shapes the strategic and financial heartbeat of Cellar Beast and has completed Level I Sommelier training at the Wine School of Philadelphia.

Matt Check
Head Winemaker, creator of Dark Angel, and a Level IV Sommelier trained at the Wine School of Philadelphia with over a decade of wine experience. Matt maintains close relationships with premium West Coast growers in regions like Red Mountain and Willamette Valley, and is a professional wine educator and author.

Mark Pagliaro
Based in Doylestown, PA, Mark has made wine at his family winery for over 16 years and received his winemaking certification from UC Davis in 2013. He joined Cellar Beast during its inaugural 2021 vintage, holds a Côtes du Rhône certificate from the Napa Valley Wine Academy, and created the Grand Mélange.

Angela Prass

Jadeyn Tesche
A culinary school graduate drawn to fermentation as a timeless art, Jadeyn embraces a soil-to-table philosophy that aligns with Cellar Beast’s minimal-intervention winemaking. She fosters a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the Andreas tasting room and is working toward her sommelier certifications.
