Where this wine sits
Grown in Candy Mountain, WA
Small but mighty, Candy Mountain is one of Washington’s warmest growing regions, producing deeply concentrated fruit with the structure to match. Midnight Beast brings that character to life through a Cabernet Sauvignon-led Bordeaux blend: dark, powerful, and layered with roasted plum, graphite, cherry, and wet cedar.
“Built around Cabernet Sauvignon, Midnight Beast brings together dark fruit, savory aromatics, and structured Bordeaux character. Fourteen months of aging, including 20% new oak, adds depth and polish while letting Candy Mountain’s fruit remain at the center of the wine.”More about our winemaking team
