“The 2022 Red Heaven Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a study in balance between Red Mountain’s raw intensity and the finesse we strive for at Cellar Beast Winehouse. The fruit from Red Heaven Vineyard came in small and deeply pigmented—exactly what we hope for from this site. Fermented in open-top vessels and aged 16 months in a mix of new and neutral French oak, the wine developed firm structure and layered complexity without losing purity of fruit. On the palate, you’ll find a core of dark cherry, black raspberry, and cocoa framed by cedar and warm spice. The tannins are dense yet polished, carrying the finish with poise.
