10/10 we can’t recommend this place enough! We live in Lancaster and make the trip as often as we can because Cellar Beast has the best wine! Each and every employee is passionate and knowledgeable about their craft and it’s apparent. The events they host are always a good time, and very well thought out. We can’t wait to go back each & every time!

The best thing i liked about cellar beast is their wine tasting and the folks who are working at the place. They have immense knowledge about the process of wine making and different wines they have. The tasting itself allows you to taste 10 plus wines which in its own is amazing! They don’t have fruity wines but whatever collection they have is amazing. An amazing experience for sure.

There’s some fabulous wine here, and I even joined their wine club today! I’m a dry red drinker and I was not disappointed. They definitely have something special going on! Great grounds as well. We spent a nice Saturday afternoon here, and will be back! Oh the cider was good too. Not sweet, dry but also quite tart, almost apple cider vinegar tart. So if that’s your thing, go for it.

Our Jeune Bête is built for year-round drinkability and produced in the Southern Rhône Valley style of GSM blends. Lightly aged in neutral French oak to allow the primary grape Grenache to stay light, nimble and fruit forward in presentation. The Grenache is then supported by Syrah to add layers of body and overall structure and couples perfectly as a blending partner. The final wine blend of Rhone grape varieties for this vintage is 66% Grenache and 34% Syrah all sourced from a single vineyard source, Meek Vineyard in the Yakima Valley AVA of the Columbia Valley winemaking region.
