Our Jeune Bête is built for year-round drinkability and produced in the Southern Rhône Valley style of GSM blends. Lightly aged in neutral French oak to allow the primary grape Grenache to stay light, nimble and fruit forward in presentation. The Grenache is then supported by Syrah to add layers of body and overall structure and couples perfectly as a blending partner. The final wine blend of Rhone grape varieties for this vintage is 66% Grenache and 34% Syrah all sourced from a single vineyard source, Meek Vineyard in the Yakima Valley AVA of the Columbia Valley winemaking region.
