Enjoy an All Levels Yoga flow with Stephanie (RYT 200) to ground yourself in breath and movement creating space to relax into your day. All levels are welcome; BYOM - Bring Your Own Mat. After class, stay to enjoy a glass of wine (included in event price) in the new Cellar Beast Barrel Room! If you like yoga, join us here once a month! Namaste.
