CRAFTING LIVING CIDER WITH AS LITTLE INTERVENTION AS POSSIBLE
Our ciders are all finished to completely dry and give a nod to the Basque & Normandy regions of Europe. Each recipe is using locally grown Pennsylvania apples, fruit and herbs. Each batch is created with the intention of creating a sensory experience for the drinker, and strives for a unique perspective on flavor.
Our Ciders are Packaged in 500 mL Bottles with the exception of Ordinaire in 750mL.
Spontaneously fermented hard apple cider aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels.
Femented with Grilled Pineapple using a Tropical IPA yeast. Lightly dry-hopped with Citra and El Dorado.
