Our Cider Maker (also known as our Cider Witch) hand crafts each recipe using locally grown Pennsylvania apples, fruit and herbs.
Each batch is created with the intention of creating a sensory experience for the drinker, and strives for a unique perspective on flavor.

MELA
Nothing but apples! Fresh, local cider spontaneously fermented and bottle conditioned. Classic dry cider!
LEMON
Local cider spontaneously fermented over whole lemons. Aromas of lemon blossom, with a palate of creamy lemon chiffon.
EPHEMERIS
Made in collaboration with McCall Collective Brewing. Apples from Solebury Orchards fermented with Saison yeast over fresh sage. Funky farmouse style!
STRAWBERRY FUNK
Local apples, fermented spontaneously and aged over organic strawberries from Crooked Row Farm in Orefield. Fermented to dryness
