The Dark Angel is our flagship red wine, sourced from a single vineyard in the heart ion Yakima Valley, Wa at the Pontin del Roza Vineyard. All the Carménère in this vineyard is dedicated to production here at Cellar Beast Winehouse. This specific vintage is 94% Carménère and 6% Petit Verdot. Aged for 16 months in 20% New French Oak and 80% Neutral French Oak to showcase the quality of this gorgeous fruit.
